Unfortunately, I had to disable band friend requests because I was being 
pelted with drive-by requests from every crappy little emo band and 
wannabe rapper in the universe.  As long as someone is willing to talk 
to me interactively, I'll do a friend request with them.  But it's one 
of the negatives of doing business on MySpace.
