Chris, You have to remove the top cover of the Etherwave and, using a trimmer tool, adjust the coil that is closest to the antenna connection. Since the lid itself affects the tuning, I place the lid upside down at a 90-degree angle to the case on the right side of the case while adjusting the coil. You should have recieved a trimmer tool with the theremin. Hope this helps. -- Kevin Quoting Christopher Accornero <chrisacc82@...>: > Hey any word on capacitance drift for a standard Etherwave? > > Is it easy or hard to fix on your own? > > I truly hope my theremin will be playable again soon > > Happy theremining. > > -Chris Accornero > > > --- On Tue, 9/2/08, Christopher Accornero <chrisacc82@...> wrote: > >> From: Christopher Accornero <chrisacc82@...> >> Subject: Re: [Aetherphon] capacitance drift >> To: aetherphon@yahoogroups.com >> Date: Tuesday, September 2, 2008, 5:12 PM >> Standard. >> >> >> --- On Tue, 9/2/08, kkissinger@kevinkissinger.com >> <kkissinger@...> wrote: >> >> > From: kkissinger@... >> <kkissinger@...> >> > Subject: Re: [Aetherphon] capacitance drift >> > To: aetherphon@yahoogroups.com >> > Date: Tuesday, September 2, 2008, 4:01 PM >> > Hi Chris, >> > >> > Is your Moog Theremin a Pro or a Standard? >> > >> > Quoting Christopher Accornero >> <chrisacc82@...>: >> > >> > > Hello everybody >> > > >> > > >> > > It seems my precious etherwave has drifted FAR >> out of >> > playable >> > > range.
