AETHERPHON, global theremin family

I've been asked to compile a disk of my playing for promotion. There is 
a very good possibility I may be asked to play for a friend's baptist 
church. I was thinking of shooting video of myself playing, and also 
include some files on the disk, ie what is a theremin, etc. OR, should 
I just go with audio files and no video at all?

I've also had significant compatibility issues in the past, so does 
anyone know the best format recordable CD and DVD to use for a demo 
disk?
