PC won't recognize Akai disks, and vice versa. Two different formats. In my experience, the Chicken Systems Stuff will only take you half way, you'll need software like SoundForge to really get in and do the editing of individual samples. I use the SCSI transfer method to send samples, it can be tedious but never lets me down.
