Mmmm, guess so.
However, I sometimes use the direct Track record function as a MIDI
processor. I love the fact I don't have to actually record because
there's an extra softkey to confirm you want to do this. I can then
play connected instruments thru manually using the current FTS.
This gives me the sort of input processing stuff I used to do on
Cubase and its input transformer. I suppose in this case I'd probably
like to be able to send controllers - at least the basic stuff like
PB, AT, mod wheel, sustain... I'd never want to send Program changes
via this method though. Not sure though, will need to think more...
