Analogue-sequencer

Can I tell the sequencer to only play the pattern currently being edited 
(and not cycle through the rest of the patterns in the playlist)?
When I have a playlist with four different patterns and want to work on 
only one of the patterns (while the sequencer is running), I have to wait x 
cycles to hear my edits.
