It does. Have you been peeking at my list of requests for "conditional
events"?
One way that occurs to me would be to put a Part select aux event on
that last step and set up the part selected to have the alternate
playlist you require. Then, whenever this is reached, it will
(depending on the current gbar count) make the selection
automatically. It's not  a perfect solution - because there's no
specific event to do remote control of playlist sequencing. Colin may
think of a better way, of course. He's like that.
