Oh yes. You can even control more than that using a special Aux event
(e.g. Aux B = cc#n) so that - in this example - every step sends a
different CC! Do that and in one pattern you could send 32 different
CCs, albeit just one value of each CC for each step.

Remember that a playlist is just a way of playing the track's patterns
in different orders. You get a playlist for each track and these are
stored in each part.
