Analogue-sequencer

> According to my MPC 4000's Midi Event list:

> 4 - Foot Controller
> 5 - Portamento Time
> 64 - Sustain Pedal

Probably 1, 2 and 4 are routable to different things on most synths.
5 may be permanently wired to porta time, so not such a good choice.
Aftertouch may be a better choice for default aux D.
