Analogue-sequencer

Hi,

maybe I'm just to dumb to read the manual properly, but until now I haven't
found a way to alter the starting point of a part.

This is what I would want to do.

I have a short sequence which uses the "alternate" direction mode. Now when
I start the sequence I want it to begin at step 4 instead of step 1. It's
the only way the sequence would make sense in my track. Until now I've
recorded the sequence to Ableton Live and changed the starting point there,
but as I'm not really a computer person (when making music or noise ;-)) it
would be much better if I could alter the starting point directly in the P3.

Does that make sense to anybody?
