That's not really possible - the FTS settings are held purely in the part
data - there's nothing FTS related in the pattern data.

So the sample wasn't being played from the original pattern ? But should
have been from the new pattern when FTS was inactive ?

Sounds very odd, and I can't think why it would be doing it. The most likely
explanation would be user confusion ;-)
If you still have that pattern in memory, you could send me a sysex dump to
look at.
If it needs a fix, I'll post it tonight along with the fix for the previous
bug - assuming I can get my broadband working, I'm having some connectivity
problems at home at the moment.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
