>>Assuming everyone who has expressed an interest so far follows through, about two thirds of the boards are gone.<< I did get my name onto that list for two, didn't I? :-) I've gone back to v3 in both machines because assembling a live set of discreet actual pieces rather than just setups-for-improv seemed to go more logically with the original memory layout, but I'm terrified of running out of space now that we've got the polyphonic record thing working for us. quick question on that, if I may... how does it interact with "edit auxes sets on"? what happens if you set up all four auxes as additional notes & then switch them all on, on every step, & then don't use up all four notes on every step? do the auxes switch themselves off? so far, it hasn't been a problem.... no unwanted notes even though I "armed" all four auxes & switched them all on. ah- & if you have (I didn't try this, so I don't know) if you have a repeat aux event & then some additional notes, do they sound with the repeats too or is it just the "primary" note? ties work great too. but it must eat memory... folks, try the polyphonic record with y'r favourite organ sound- the p3 is a midi looper! duncan.
