Logic's environment is a place i'd like to avoid to be honest. I'm still thinking it possible to assign Cirklon midi outs to each instrument in the arrange page by changing that setting in each ones inspector setting.
However only  Cirklon, and not Logic,  will be able to sequence that particular synth.
