I don't know about that. I think a decent press release can be fashioned in a few hours. It just involves writing about your synths, after all! I would take a look at Harmony Central for the correct form. And press release posting is free. And it reaches >70,000 people a day which is a lot of exposure. Read their stats at http://www.harmony-central.com/Info/ * 70,000+ unique visitors daily. 1,000,000+ unique visitors monthly. * 15,000,000+ pageviews monthly. * Average visit length is >12 minutes. * 85% of readers visit at least once a week. * 40,000 highly targetable newsletter subscribers * 15,000 "Tip of the Day" emails sent daily across nine categories To give you an idea how it affects me personally, a few weeks ago I saw a press release from a tiny company for "MIDIoverLAN" for Gigastudio. I read the release, clicked through and bought the product. I would never have known about this killer little app if they had'nt posted a press release. There are 5000 guys out there that are dreaming of having a P3 sequencer powering an Oakley analog modular, but they don't know it yet. Keith (I'll stop ranting on marketing now :-)
