One handed sculpting/randomizing...

One handed sculpting/randomizing...

2005-09-05 by DJ Paris Lee

So I'm finally digging deeper into the P3 and starting to get more into sculpting and
randomizing...

Question: is there a way to sculpt/randomize without having to hold down F1-3 at the
same time...that would give me a free hand to play a keyboard

Sculpt and randomize need the buttons held.
But using aux events, you could set up automatic randomization, and also
assign a front panel knob in play mode to allow non-destructive sculpting of
pattern values with one hand.
