I don't own a sequencer yet, but looking at the difference between the RS200
and the A155, I think one should also note that the A155 has two completely
independent gate outputs while the RS200 has only one (well 3 but they're
not fully independent).  Also the A154 expander has some interesting options
that the RS200 lacks-- the ability to do the steps in "pendulum" sequence,
and random, and something else I think.
