It's nice to have the sine wave output on the 95e but aside from that there's not much (any?) material difference - except with the "e" you have a multi-turn pot which is great sometimes and frustrating at other times. Oh, and not wishing to resurrect old debates, but the sine wave on the RS-95 isn't the purest thing so if it's pristine FM or ring modulation you're after then you're probably better off using an oscillating filter for your sine wave.
