I would indeed like BC Manager to be published there, but only once
I'm certain that the Donate button system works, so please don't put
it there until I give the go-ahead.

Something similar goes for the MIDI implementation document. I've seen
that you (or someone else) has put a reference to it on the Wiki site,
which is fine with me. However, I've nearly finished a new version; so
when it's ready I'll think about putting it on the Wiki site directly.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
