Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hey Everyone!

I'm just got the BCR2000 and am trying to give some knobs to my DSI
Evolver.  (stand alone 1) It appears to be comminicating back and
forth with the Evolver, and I'm attempting to program via "learn"
function.  Unfortunately, the BCR is only controlling a +/-15 range. 
I don't know why it's not controlling the full amount available to be
controlled?  For ex.

I want rotary encoder 'A' to control the Evolver's 'filter frequency.'
 The BCR will accept the parameter function, but will only ACTUALLY
move the parameter from, say, 30 to 45.  Or 80 - 105.  As the BCR is
"learning," it flashes BAD as I turn a knob on the Evolver.  When I
stop turning, it says GOOD.  After exiting that mode, I begin playing
and the knob only controls the aforementioned 15 unit range.  I'm
trying to troubleshoot, but I'm wasting valuable time.  

Anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this?
