In order to test it, I created an empty project, added one audio channel, one group channel, added a VEQ4 as an insert on the audio channel, routed it to the group. There are no VST instruments - and I've disabled all midi inputs in the Midi section under Devices. If I have Mackie Control set to input Not Connected and output to anything (BCR2000 or a MidiYoke) it outputs the aftertouch data constantly. If I set the Mackie Control output to Not Connected it goes away. So, no, there's no other MIDI or controller activity happening in this test project. I also found it's happening with the SSL EQ as well - so it appears to be affecting all 5.7 Waveshell plugins. I uninstalled MidiYoke to make sure that wasn't the issue - and reinstalled the Waves plugins, but it still is doing the same thing.
