I'm new in this group and this is my first post (but it won't be the last).
This time I need some help of you:
I have found that three of the push-encoders in the top row are damaged. They work normal if I rotate them slowly but they don't change values if I rotate them relatively fast. I have not tested all other encoders already (don't use the unit often) but possibly there are more encoders damagaded.
My question is: does anyone knows the encoders specifications/part number???. Would like to buy them off-the-shelf if possible.
BTW, I opened the unit last night and cleaned one of the affected encoders with contact cleaner but I didn't have the time to reassemble the unit and try it yet. Anyway...it won't work....I feel it's another mechanical issue.
