Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi Royce,

Tracktion 2 sends : 
  -CC48 channel 1 value 1 for left position 
  -CC48 channel 1 value 6 for center position 
  -CC48 channel 1 value 11 for right position 

But in order to drive PAN in TRACKTION from BC I've to send from BC :
  -CC16 channel 1 

For instance :
