Thanks for the reply. I will mess with MIDI-OX later as it is pretty late, but I did manage to get the footswitch programmed thanks to BCManager. It took a while to get it figured out, but once I figured out how to get around it wasn't bad at all; even for a complete MIDIot like me. It's pretty impressive to say the least. I do have communication with everything right now, but I had to use another MIDI to USB adapter to get the messages from the Axe-FX back to the PC. What I was hoping to do was to use the BCF2000 as an external device to adjust things like gain, delay times, mix levels, etc without having to use the buttons on the Axe-FX or even with the editor. I figured that it would be quicker once I got a few preset panels set up. Plus I just built a really nice little rack and have the BCF2000 mounted right there on a shelf and it would just be so convenient to be able to do everything right there via PC or standalone if I was at a gig or something. But the kicker is that it doesn't look like there is a lot of options inside of the Axe-FX that are MIDI controllable anyway; at least not to the degree that I was hoping for. I can turn any device on or off in the effects chains, but that's a footcontroller function primarily. Other than that I've only got 8 modifiers to work with that I can program to the BCF2000 and 2 of those are taken up by the expression pedals on the floorcontroller. But the cool part is that now I've got a bit of a taste of what this thing can do and how to program it I can use it for Adobe Audition which is something that I really need to get up to speed on for work anyway. Thanks again, I'll check out MIDI-OX (been using it to death for years now so I do know it pretty well). Andrew
