I haven't used huskerview and I don't know that much about it, but just a FYI... if it was written with .NET, it's pretty easy to disassemble it and look at it's code. There's a tool called .NET Reflector (http://www.red-gate.com/products/reflector/) which is able to browse a .NET assembly (.EXE or .DLL). As long as the assembly wasn't obvuscated, it's pretty easy to take a look at the code.

I think you can forget about using BCFview for the BCR2000: as far as I know, BCFview only works with SysEx messages specifically mentioning the BCF2000.

I have no idea if anything has ever come out of that discussion.

At the time I didn't get involved, since I was too busy developing BC Manager.

However, a few months ago I developed a utility (as part of BC Manager) that works exactly like BCFview. So the next version of BC Manager will include this feature.

I've now looked at Huskervu: it seems to work exactly like BCFview, except that it responds to Mackie SysEx messages rather than BCF2000 SysEx messages. So it should be very easy for me to include a Huskervu-like utility in BC Manager as well.

However, I have a very busy life, so I can't promise anything: it might take me a week, a month or a year...

Best wishes,

Mark.
