Yes. That's exactly what I experienced myself this morning.
So you should avoid this switch at any cost, as I indicated in my previous message.

By the way, this problem isn't limited to BC Manager:
For instance the standard preset files from Behringer (such as bcr_FACTORY_PRESETS.syx) also contain Device IDs and Operating Modes, so if you send such a file to a BCR "directly" (e.g. via MIDI-OX), the BCR's Device ID and/or Operating Mode may change too.
So sending a syx file containing BCR presets directly to a BCR is always dangerous: the file may or may not contain (potentially undesired) Global Setup data too.
Therefore the safest approach is to open any syx file in BC Manager, then have BC Manager send only the presets, not the Global Setup.
