I just received my bcr2000 yesterday used from a friendly chap in New Jersey, but I'm having a bit of trouble here on the setup. I am running os x 10.8.5, primarily using ableton. Ableton recognizes the controller, but the controller is stuck on "p-16". When I press the preset arrows, it stays at p-16. Also, the first and last encoders of the first row in the bottom three encoder rows do not display any lights. What would be the best way to proceed so I can start from scratch and build my own presets?
