How to clean the surface BCR and BCF2000?

Hi,
My BCR and BCF2000 have been collecting dust and such lately and I want to clean them. I wonder what might be the best way to do so. Especially the small rings surrounding the rotaries are all sticky with dust.

Anyone have a golden tip as how to approach this?
