" Behringer has substantial R&D and Quality Control departments.

Their new 1 million sq ft facility employs well over 3000 people. They make many components themselves, incl. loudspeaker cones, guitar necks and bodies."

I read this (above) too on the Behringer website and newsletters, but the numbers seem pretty generous for such low-budget products (not calling anyone cheap here, I own at least 4 Behringer products myself).

Maybe they are that successful and can put this kind of resources behind their production, but with the numbers above, they must be one of the wold's largest existing music equipment makers. Then again, with every corporation building plants in China at bargain labor rates, maybe they do have that many people - BUT, I would be surprised.

Has anyone reading here ever seen these facilities? Is there a video tour online, etc? I would like to see it, if it is a reality.
