Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi Steve,
I uploaded a slightly revised version, but I'm having a bit of trouble
with the formatting Wiki style
Feel free to edit it and make it look presentable. At the moment it
looks like a wordy essay that no one would want to read.
