The wiki format takes a little getting used to. It's great for  
quickly and easily creating new content, not so great for conversions  
of existing content.
There's an article here that might help:

I'm not sure what you wrote the document in, do you have a Word file  
for it? If yes, I could have a look at converting it if you send the  
word file to me.
It would be a great doc to have online, I can also help out with  
reformatting it manually if need be (though I'm no wiki expert).
