That's good to hear, Josh (unless this is just a statement about your
alcoholic habits). It's also just in time for me to mention it in the
documentation for the upcoming BC Manager vs. 2.0.0!

By the way, recently someone also told me that he'd managed to get BC
Manager running on a Mac (via a virtual machine program called
Parallels, I think, but my own knowledge of Macs is absolutely zero).

Mark.

LOL, it runs under Mary Jane, too... ;-)

Virtualbox.org is a free alternate to Parallels. I can't guarantee
that it will
work, as I use Virtualbox for my Solaris, OpenSolaris & OpenBSD installs
rather than
Windows, but their Mac version of Virtualbox has come along way. And I
do have a
Windows XP install that I haven't run into any issues with.
And they would only have to pay for Windows, and not the extra $200 for
Parallels...

Cheers,
Dave

Do they have mackie control surface available?
Have you tried mackie bcr preset to work on some of those linux apps?

Mackie Mode - moving around the screen with the X and Y scrolls.

2009-03-03 by James Glover

Does anyone ever find that if they use the X and Y scroll encoders to move around in Ableton, sometimes the wave display doesn't refresh for the selected clip? You can fix it buy using the mouse and clicking on the clip (the the scroll will behave normally). I just wasn't sure why it happens.

Beyond Hotmail — see what else you can do with Windows Live. Find out more!

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
