Hi,
It has a built in power supply does it not?. Is the one inside damaged?

Otherwise you just plug in a figure of eight lead (IEC-320 type C7)

Martin

Hi,
You could contact Behringer and see if their service department has any, although they may not supply one because you might kill yourself installing it, and then someone will sue them, so you might have to send your BCF to them.

Or you could try to repair the one you have. What's the damage? (pictures?) ((Voltages?))

Martin

the repair with Behringer cost about 80€

i tried go repair it on my own, but i cant find the issue.
voltages are:
red Cabel 5V
all the Cables 0V

Is this normal for the BCF?

I don't know. I don't have the schematic. But that would seem logical.

What you can is identify IC chips, search for the data sheet, then look for the power pins and then work your way back.

If there is no burning or exploded components then you may have other problems.

What exactly is the problem?

Something in the power supply is overheating?

Do all the fader motors work OK?

What you describe may not be a power supply problem, it could be logic. I don't know how much you know about electronics. Any strange smells or burning inside?
