Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

anybody used bcr2000 with ableton 9 or fixed any presets for it? curious to see if it works well with that program

There used to be a BCR/BCF2000 option from the dropdown menu when 
choosing an external controller but I think they discarded that in Live 
8 or something.
I do remember seeing some templates around in this group for Ableton 
though but I think the last one was for Live 8.
