Got a question. It is possible to switch the LED on the normal
encoders(not push encoders) to Bar?

Short answer - no.

It is thought that if you had a lot the LEDs on for the other encoders
(maximum  of 15 x 24 = 360 leds) that the power supply wouldn't cope.

You can send the bar command for any encoder but the lower ones just
revert to dot mode.
