$1.50 (US) and they've got 381 in stock.
Many of the other 4000 CMOS IC's are available (4017, 4024, 4030) and
I've got a pretty tidy pile - EXCEPT for the 4006 and 4024! Let me
know what you need and I'll look for it. No charge.
The NTE equivelent 4006 IC's that I bought from Mouser were no good
in the noise circuit (check archives), but neither were a small bunch
of TI and Fairchild. Series made no difference.
