Cgs synth

Ive been having great fun w/ the bi-n-tic filter, but have one issue
when using it as a VCO. The higher frequencies are very quiet. I
know this is a filter, so if thats just the way it is, then thats
fine. If it should operate w/ a roughly uniform volume at the entire
audio range, I'd be happy for suggestions of what the cause could be.
