I did this. The 47n cap attached to the opamp labelled "integrator" is
what determines the oscillation rate. I put a larger and a smaller cap
in parallel so that I'd have three ranges to switch between. Pretty
simple mod, actually. Take a look at Ray Wilson's LFO design for a
visual diagram:

I think I used 2.2uF electrolytics back to back for a really slow rate,
similar to the way Ray used C1 and C2 in his circuit.
