As you have already been answered, yes, it's the same device.

think! The smallest ferrite toroids I could find are about 1/2 inch of
external diameter, and 8 mm internal; way too big for the use I guess). If
the beads really make any real difference I will order them, otherwise...)
22R will work fine. It goes about doing the job a different way, which in
some cases is even more effective than the ferite bead.
