thanks Ken

I got it. I figure out the jumper, which is
the same as your suggestion. I put a wire on the
resistors, I think now it would be easier to
put a piece in the 3rd chip socket pins ...

anyway it works! I get even voltages between outs.
all with in a hundredth of a volt, good enough for me.

now I got use it .
