power supply question, sorta OT

power supply question, sorta OT

2008-01-11 by Jeff Foster

Hi folks,
I need a +/-25 volt dc power supply, 200 ma. Would feeding 50 volts
into the cgs66 be ok/safe? The output would be about +/-25 v, right?

This is for racking a ward beck preamp module from a mixing console.

thanks for any lead,
Jeff

You'd need to move to higher voltages on your electros to be safe, and
increase the value of the LED resistors.
