Hi Ken

What value should the C Low cap be ?

Is 100n OK or should i try a higher value ?

100n will allow you to double the low rate sensitivity.
470n will allow you about 5 times the low rate sensitivity, and so on.
Remember that it also removes the equivalent from the upper end of the pot too.
470n is probably more use.

Stacking PCB's and Power bussing.

i have another general question , im going to have to stack a couple of boards on top of each other to fit them in the box.

(for the Panel #3 and SWAMP i used AC423 bud boxes , i will for the MARSH and BOG too).

I'll be stacking the Diatonic Converter on top of the Infinite Melody board and the Slope Detectors will be double decker.

My question is about power bussing between the two.

Firstly , can i just run a wire soldered to the bottom of the connector of one board to the corresponding pad of the board below (where the connector would go...).

ie : + to + , etc.

Also , does the board below need the two 10uF electro's and buffers installed if the power is getting to them that way ?

Yes.
