CGS48 VCO - FET Transistor

CGS48 VCO - FET Transistor

2012-04-02 by Stephen Richards

Hi Ken

I just noticed the FET in my early CGS48 builds was a 2N5457.

I didn't do the ordering for my Best of CGS Panel#3 build

Is this OK ? Or should i find some 2N4856 FET's ?

Does it work? If it does, it's good enough. I can't even find the
specification I need on the datasheet (RGS) because it is an amplifier, not
a switching FET.
