Cgs synth

Frequency pots seem to not be working as they are supposed to. they both
have voltage, but the res. pot does not change any tone of the incoming
signal. the freqency pot seems to be working as normal, but as soon as I
stop moving the pot and leave it as a desired position, it seems to revert
to its original position (audibily)
