Many of the people here have used these seperate products. But without telling us what monitor, what OS, what printer, what papers, and exactly what settings and steps you are using, it won't be possible for anyone to give you anything but generic advice. If CV Tech can't cover it, I don't see how you expect a no-details post to a user group to do so.
