Win XP Pro with all service packs and updates. This may be a re-post. I tried sending this message to the group severalminutes ago but it obviously didn't make it onto the board. Two days ago I printed out targets for two papers and let them dry overnight, then make a profile for one of the targets today. That went fine - just needed to increase Brightness by +2 to get an essentially "perfect" profile. But when I try to read patches of the second printout, I find that (1)the "save measurements to" choice is grayed out, (2) the only available choice is "select an existing measurement file", which shows the file created for my first profile, and (3)I can't access the "calibrate" function from the Tools dropdown. I've tried shutting down PFP and opening it up again. I've tried re- booting the computer. Neither helps. I don't see a solution in the Help files. From reading this e-list, I have the impression that uninstalling version 1.1.1 won't help either. Is there a simple solution? Am I missing something dead obvious here? Any suggestions appreciated. I'm dead in the water as far as creating profiles is concerned. Bill Hansen
