Yes. Excerpt from their answer:

Hi Patrick,
As mentioned on the site this version is only for 64bit systems and you 
should not install it on a 32bit system.

So now you have to deinstall again the complete installation and 
install the version 2.2.
"

So please, get things in sync and consistent. The information on your 
web site actually states that version 2.3.5 is 64-bit only. I could 
finally make clear that it is not the case.
