I just wanted to post and let everyone know that Spyder Studio 3 is 
working great and I have a much better understanding of the process. 
With David's help I was able to work out the problems and all is 
good to go. Thanks David!

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
