Already contacted support. This is the slowest support ever. Everytime I respond immediately it takes them 2-3 days to respond back. At this rate maybe I will have a working software in maybe 2 weeks. Support is abysmal for Colorvision that is for sure. Beginning to wish I never purchased the Spyder2 I just purchased this in August only to find out a Spyder3 is out before I have even used this product twice and the second time it won't even work..
