Two things to do: - First, email me a copy of your measurement file, so that I can look it over and tell you what's wrong. Use PFP's File:Open Data command to open the folder containing the measurement files, they're all small text files with .xml extensions. Do this before you download and upgrade your software so we can straighten that out before you change anything else. - Next, you should also upgrade yourself to the latest Spyder3Print 3.0 software. You're 3 versions behind with the 1.1.1 software (having missed the 2.0, 2.1, and now the renamed 3.0 version). You can download it for free from the Colorvision web site (if you have problems getting in there, let me know in your email and I'll send you a link to an alternate site.).
