What you are seeing might be a different "White Luminance" window earlier on in the 
process. There's 4 white squares also in the "Set White Luminance" window...but this window 
is only few steps in from the beginning of the process, (even before the Spyder is attached to 
the screen). Is that what your are seeing? 

Did you run the Spyder at all?
